Digital Products: All products sold on Malati Digital Hub are digital downloads and are delivered instantly after successful payment.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds on digital products once they have been downloaded. If your file is corrupted or missing, please contact us and we will resend it at no extra charge.

Data Privacy: We do not collect or store your personal or payment information. All transactions are securely handled via Payhip and your selected payment provider (PayPal, Paystack).
